“This is great work in the honored tradition of Chicago theater: low budget, great talent, small space, grand show.”   Richard Christensen, Chicago Tribune

“This black-box staging comes closer to the heart of Kushner’s moving, funny work than either the New York or national version. The commitment, variety and authenticity of the performances are impressive. The well-chosen ensemble features…Jeff Christian’s emotionally stifled lummox of a Joe.”    Chicago Reader

““Jeff Christian forms Roy Cohn’s perfect counterpoint as the Mormon lawyer grappling with his sexuality and future.”    Gay Chicago Magazine

““Its production of ‘Angels in America’ has carved out a distinctive place in Chicago theater history… All of the ensemble members focus on their characters’ eloquent search for identity. Jeff Christian gives Joe just the right degree of emotional discomfort.”    Chicago Sun Times
